Women's Virtual Process & Support Group
Mondays | 6:00 – 7:00 PM EST | Virtual | $65 per session
This weekly online group offers a safe, supportive space for women ages 20 to 40 to process life’s challenges and explore themes such as relationships, identity, anxiety, self-worth, boundaries, transitions, and healing from past wounds.
Whether you’re navigating a difficult season or simply seeking deeper self-understanding and connection, this group is a place where you can show up as your authentic self and feel seen, heard, and supported.
Guided by licensed therapist, Danielle Handal (LCSW), sessions blend open process work with gentle structure to help you:
• Gain insight into patterns and emotions
• Build healthier relationships with yourself and others
• Feel less alone in your struggles
• Strengthen self-trust and resilience
Group Details:
• Meets weekly on Monday evenings from 6–7 PM EST
• Held virtually for ease and accessibility
• Open to women ages 20 to 40
• Cost: $65 per session
• Spaces are limited to keep the group intimate

For College Students Navigating the Big Shift
Starting college is exciting—but it can also be overwhelming, lonely, or just… a lot. This virtual support group is here to help students adjust emotionally, socially, and mentally to their new chapter
🧠 In this group, students will:
✔️ Process the emotional challenges of college life
✔️ Build confidence and self-awareness
✔️ Learn healthy coping skills and boundaries
✔️ Talk openly with others going through the same transition
✔️ Explore identity, independence, and relationships
