What therapy with me actually looks like

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and centered around helping you better understand yourself during periods of change.

I especially enjoy working with individuals who are navigating career transitions, struggling with self-esteem, or learning how to establish healthier boundaries. Whether you're questioning your professional direction, trying to reconnect with your passions, or adjusting to a new stage of life, therapy can be a space to explore what matters most to you.

I believe that meaningful growth comes from developing a deeper understanding of yourself, your values, and the experiences that have shaped you.

Rather than following a rigid structure or assigning homework after every session, I prefer to create space for thoughtful conversation and exploration. Together, we'll identify what's keeping you feeling stuck, recognize your strengths, and work toward changes that feel authentic to you.

My goal is to help you approach life's transitions with greater clarity, self-compassion, and confidence.

Get to know me beyond the therapy room

Outside of the therapy room, I’m usually spending time with my family, going for a walk, or finding some way to move my body. Whether it’s a workout, getting outside, or simply enjoying the little moments with the people I love, I believe in making time for the things that help us feel grounded, connected, and like ourselves.

My favorite way to recharge is…

Spending quality time with my family, going for a walk, or getting in a good workout. Moving my body and spending time with the people I love are two of my favorite ways to reset and recharge.

Something I wish more people knew about therapy is…

That therapy really isn’t as scary or intimidating as it might seem! You don’t have to be in crisis, have experienced something traumatic, or even have a specific problem to work through. Therapy can simply be a space to get to know yourself better, understand your patterns, navigate everyday challenges, and grow into the person you want to be. You don’t have to wait until things feel overwhelming to start.

If I could give everyone one piece of advice, it would be…

Listen to yourself and trust yourself. We spend so much time looking outside of ourselves for answers, reassurance, and validation that we sometimes forget how much we already know. Learning to tune into your own needs, feelings, and intuitionβ€”and trusting yourself enough to act on themβ€”is one of the most valuable things you can do for yourself
