Helping you feel more confident in yourself, connected in your relationships, and less consumed by overthinking.
You Might be a good fit with Alexandra if...
β‘ Youβre the friend everyone goes to for advice, but you struggle to take your own.
β‘ You overthink conversations, decisions, or relationships long after theyβve happened.
β‘ Youβre successful and high-functioning, but your mind rarely feels at ease.
β‘ You find yourself repeating the same relationship patterns, even when you know better.
β‘ You struggle with boundaries, people-pleasing, or feeling responsible for everyone elseβs emotions.
β‘ Youβre navigating a major life transition and questioning what you really want.
β‘ Youβre self-aware and understand why you do certain things, but youβre ready to actually change them.
What therapy with me actually looks like
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and honest.
Iβm not the kind of therapist who will just nod along while you talk. Iβll listen, ask thoughtful questions, help you connect the dots, and gently challenge you when I notice patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
Weβll explore how your past experiences influence your present relationships, how you respond to difficult emotions, and what might be getting in the way of the life you want.
My goal is for you to leave therapy not only feeling understood, but also with a deeper understanding of yourself and practical tools you can use outside our sessions.

Get to know me beyond the therapy room
Outside of the therapy room, Iβm usually spending time with my family, going for a walk, or finding some way to move my body. Whether itβs a workout, getting outside, or simply enjoying the little moments with the people I love, I believe in making time for the things that help us feel grounded, connected, and like ourselves.
My favorite way to recharge isβ¦
Spending quality time with my family, going for a walk, or getting in a good workout. Moving my body and spending time with the people I love are two of my favorite ways to reset and recharge.
Something I wish more people knew about therapy isβ¦
That therapy really isnβt as scary or intimidating as it might seem! You donβt have to be in crisis, have experienced something traumatic, or even have a specific problem to work through. Therapy can simply be a space to get to know yourself better, understand your patterns, navigate everyday challenges, and grow into the person you want to be. You donβt have to wait until things feel overwhelming to start.
If I could give everyone one piece of advice, it would beβ¦
Listen to yourself and trust yourself. We spend so much time looking outside of ourselves for answers, reassurance, and validation that we sometimes forget how much we already know. Learning to tune into your own needs, feelings, and intuitionβand trusting yourself enough to act on themβis one of the most valuable things you can do for yourself
