♡ You notice yourself repeating patterns in relationships and want to understand where they come from.

♡ You're curious about how your childhood, family dynamics, or generational experiences have shaped who you are today.

♡ You're navigating a major life transition and questioning whether your current path still feels right.

♡ You struggle with self-esteem or feel like your identity has become tied to other people's expectations.

What therapy with me actually looks like

My approach to therapy is warm, conversational, and insight-oriented. I believe that meaningful change begins with developing a deeper understanding of yourself and the experiences that have shaped you.

I especially enjoy working with motivated, curious individuals who want to understand why they keep finding themselves in the same patterns, whether in relationships, their careers, or the way they see themselves.

Together, we'll explore how past experiences, family dynamics, generational patterns, and long-held beliefs may be influencing your current thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

My work is collaborative and incorporates mindfulness, somatic awareness, and deeper self-exploration. I value open conversations and believe that growth often comes from being willing to question familiar ways of thinking.

My goal is to help you develop greater self-awareness, let go of beliefs that no longer serve you, and feel more confident creating a life that reflects who you truly are.

Get to know me beyond the therapy room

Outside of the therapy room, I love spending time thrifting, exploring antique shops, and listening to live music. There's something special about finding unique pieces with a story behind them or enjoying a great live performance.

My favorite way to recharge is…

Through dance and intuitive movement! I love being able to move my body freely, let go of stress, and reconnect with myself. A good, sweaty workout also does wonders for helping me reset and feel refreshed. Movement is one of my favorite ways to clear my mind and feel more grounded.

Something I wish more people knew about therapy is…

Therapy doesn't have to be something you turn to only when things get difficult. It can also be a proactive way to better understand yourself, prepare for life's challenges, and build healthier habits before problems arise. You don't have to wait until you're overwhelmed or struggling to benefit from therapy.

If I could give everyone one piece of advice, it would be…

You're never too old to go after the life you want! It's easy to feel like there's a certain timeline we're supposed to follow or that we've missed our chance to make a change. But there's no expiration date on growth, new beginnings, or pursuing something that makes you happy.
